Additional Charges
: 7% Maine Sales Tax + 20% Gratuity
A $2 per person room charge is required for 25 or more people.
For groups of less than 25, a $50 flat fee is required.

Guaranteed guest count and Menu Selections are due 7 days prior to the event. 
The group will be charged for the guaranteed guest count or 
actual number served, whichever is larger.
