Alisson’s does not currently offer international shipping.
SALES TAX: We are required to add 5.5% sales tax to all Maine addresses.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
NON-PERISHABLES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE: We accept returns of all unworn & unwashed items. Refunds issued will be in the form of the original payment. Alisson’s is not responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items after 30 days of purchase.
PERISHABLES: All perishables are final sale, with the exception of the unlikely event that they are damaged or spoiled during shipping. Any issues regarding the product must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt to receive a full refund or exchange.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING – Alisson’s will gladly replace any items damaged or broken during shipping within 24 hours of receipt. Do NOT ship the item(s) back to us. Please email a photo to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to ship a replacement to you at no cost. INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ORDER DATE, ORDER NUMBER (if applicable), ITEM DESCRIPTION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS.
